Black friday has come upon us… and it was quite crazy. I’m not a big fan of attempting to make it out to a mall on a crowded weekend, so obviously I wouldn’t want to go out on black friday. Well, I finally gave in this year and made it out to the outlet mall in Cypress, TX. We ended up parking… not in the parking lot. Instead, we parked in the nice grass that was across the street. By nice I mean, the uncut grass across the street that ended up in my shoes by the time I made it to some concrete.
The lines at every store were crazy. Michael Kors, Tory Burch, Armani Exchange and Coach all had lines out the door. Unfortunately, Burberry wasn’t open and I didn’t get to look for the coat I’ve been wanting… forever!
At the end of the night (4 hours later), I ended up with one item. A sweater from Banana Republic. The sweater is quite plain, but something about it just made me want it. I love the collar and buttons. They get me every time!
Was it worth it? Will I go back out next year?
Definitely not.
